A message form the group

We are a self help support group for Veterans from the age of 18 to 65 who have Mental Health Issues.

We are supported by Jim who has been trained as a Mental Health Nurse who himself is an Ex-Veteran

Individuals may keep in touch with each other if they wish to give support to each other outside the group.

This is encouraged in the group

REMEMBER THERE IS ALWAYS SOMBODY THERE TO HELP YOU
