Sometimes just knowing your in the company of others who know how you feel means you don't have to speak of traumas... they just know and understand.. Hope this goes from strength to strength |

Going to the group helps, as we are all like minded people. Now I do not feel like a prisoner in my own home. I have some place to go once a week. I have others that i can contact outside the group who can help even if its just somebody to talk to  |
